Remarks
- 1.Where annuities must be paid in a lump sum for any period of two or more years beginning in the fourth or later year, the attorney’s fee for the first year of the period is paid in full, and half the full amount is paid for each of the remaining years.
- 2.Extra fees are charged for urgent work.
- 3.Fees are payable in Japanese yen, or other freely convertible currencies.
- 4.If the actual time expended by attorney and staff to perform and complete the administrative task of filing an argument, an opposition, an appeal, an amendment or a response is substantially increased, an additional fee for the extra time worked is charged.
- 5.Costs for services not listed here are charged on a workload basis.
